There has been so many changes this year. Not only did senior year start but so many happy moments and tragedies. The death of Ms. Mckenna has had so many impact on many students. There were times where I did not understand what my classmates were feeling. I did not have her as a teacher till this year. All I know is that she has changed dramatically from the year of 2010 to the year of 2011. But when I think about it she has inspired me in many ways. In the short period of time I had gotten to know her, she helped me love my writing. She helped me see what I never saw in myself. It's a new year and a new chapter. From what happened, in my opinion, any changes will be easier than what we had gone through in the past. Ms. Mckenna was a big reason why I joined this class. I've heard so many great things about it. The only thing that I recommend is that whatever we do in class, hopefully will have some sort of connection with her and what she was trying to teach.
